On Monday June 19, 2023, Durham Region Transit (DRT) will be implementing the following service adjustments, to adjust for seasonal travel changes, extend service to recreational and regional attractions, improve train connections, and improve service reliability.

To improve reliability, the route will no longer service Kingston Road, Glenanna Road or the Pickering Parkway Terminal, and will start / end at Pickering GO Station, Platform 8.
Customers wishing to travel to and from the Kingston Road corridor can do so by connecting to and from route 120.
- 101 and 120 schedules are coordinated to minimize wait time at Pickering Station.
