When paying with a ticket or cash, be sure to request a transfer from the operator. Your transfer gives you two hours of unlimited travel. When using PRESTO, transfer are automatically calculated, allowing you to travel for two hours from when you tap your card.

Show your transfer to the operator each time you board a bus. Expired transfers won't be accepted or reissued. Once your transfer is expired, you'll need to pay a new fare. In the event of a fare dispute, pay your fare and contact Customer Service at 1-866-247-0055. Keep the disputed transfer and make note of the four-digit bus number, date, and time of the event.

Important: Transfers are only valid for use by the customer to whom it was issued.
