    Guest Services at Pickering City Centre will be permanently closed on January 1, 2026, and will not reopen, following operational changes from the Pickering City Centre. Customers can access in-person assistance at the Durham Region Transit Customer Service Desk located at 110 Westney Road South in Ajax.
