Detour - Kars on King - Friday August 21 - Saturday August 22 2026

Due to road closures during the Kars on King event, PULSE 900, PULSE 901, 902, N1 and N2 will detour in downtown Oshawa. 

PHASE 1 - Friday August 21, 07:00 - 23:00

PULSE 900:
•    Both directions will detour route via Park Road, Adelaide Avenue, Ritson Road, William Street and Mary Street.

PULSE 901:
•    Both directions will detour via Gibb Street, Park Road and Adelaide Avenue.

Route 902: 
•    Both directions will detour via Park Road, Adelaide Avenue and Ritson Road.

All stops will be served along detour route.

The following temporary stops will be served:
•    Simcoe northbound @ Adelaide. 
•    Simcoe southbound @ Adelaide.
•    William westbound @ Division.

Attention customers:

A second phase of road closures and detours will be in effect on beginning on Friday August 21 @ 23:00.

PHASE 2 - Friday August 21, 23:00 to Saturday August 22, 11:00

PULSE 900 and N1:
•    Westbound will detour via Mary Street, William Street and Centre Street.
•    Eastbound will resume regular routing at 23:00.

PULSE 901:
•    Northbound will detour via King Street, Mary Street and William Street.
•    Southbound will resume regular routing at 23:00.

Route N2: 
•    Northbound will detour King Street, Mary Street and William Street.
•    Southbound will complete regular routing.

Route 902: 
•    Westbound will detour via Mary Street, William Street and Centre Street.
•    Eastbound will resume regular routing at 23:00.

All stops will be served along detour route.

The following temporary stops will be served:
•    Simcoe Street northbound @ William.
•    Centre southbound @ Bond.
