Temporary closure: Customer Service Desk

Durham Region Transit’s (DRT) Customer Service Desk at 110 Westney Road South in Ajax is temporarily closed today (February 9, 2026). In-person inquiries, fare media sales and lost and found collection will not be available while the front desk is closed.

During this temporary closure, customers can continue to access support online via DurhamRegionTransit.com or the Transit App, or by calling 311 (within Durham Region). Presto purchases will continue to be available online at prestocard.ca and other in-person locations: bit.ly/4adP5Ll.

There are no other impacts to DRT transit services or operations.
