Guest Services at Pickering City Centre permanently closed on January 1, 2026.

This change follows the mall’s direction to discontinue Guest Services due to operational updates, and there are no plans to reopen Guest Services.

Customers who require in-person support can visit the Durham Region Transit (DRT) Customer Service Desk at 110 Westney Road South in Ajax.

Support remains available by calling 311 or visiting DurhamRegionTransit.com.
